The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Another positive aspect was the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a central area, making it easy to access various tourist spots and transportation options. the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy, creating a comfortable environment for our stay.

One major downside was the lack of accessibility for disabled individuals. The narrow halls and bathroom made it difficult for wheelchair users to maneuver comfortably.

I was kinda surprised by the level of service I received at Hotel Palm - Astotel. the staff were pretty good too ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, efficient, and always willing to assist with any request. The attention to detail and genuine care for their guests was really good.

Nothing it is perfect.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the sights and conveniently near the metro and train station for the airport. The room was comfortable and had a small balcony with a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast was delicious, and there were complimentary snacks and drinks available. The hotel is also near a vibrant nightlife scene.

The breakfast buffet was spectacular with a wide selection of food and drinks. The hotel lobby was comfortable and it was great to have drinks and snacks available throughout the day and night. The location of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to attractions like the Opera and Galeries Lafayette.

We were impressed by the fresh and modern decor of the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, a rarity in Paris, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to Gare du Nord and other attractions such as Montmartre and Opera Garnier. The staff, especially Claudia and Riad at the reception, were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Having breakfast included was a bonus, and it was plentiful. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this reasonably priced 3-star accommodation for anyone visiting Paris.

It's just a 10-minute walk from the main train station to the airport and a 5-minute walk to the Cadet metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with complimentary minibars and daily replenishment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate special requests. The buffet breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.

The room size can be a bit small, making it difficult to navigate with larger suitcases.

It's situated in a safe area, fairly perfectly in the city centre, making it easy to explore the main attractions by foot or via the nearby metro stations. What a treat it was to have a room with a cute little balcony offering a view of the Eiffel Tower! And to top it off, breakfast was included in our rate, with a variety of options to choose from, including drinks and snacks throughout the day.
